"At the beginning of this year Evelyn Endeavours began a renovation of our dental office.
We had had a roof leak in the past that damaged the office. After completing negotiations with our insurance carrier, we decided that the facility was also in need of and upgrade and a facelift. A designer was hired to outline the scope of the renovation. As well, a dental industry cabinetmaker was picked out who led us to Dan at Evelyn Endeavours.
My partner and I chose Dan and his company for a number of reasons. Firstly we found that he listened to what we were after, not just his ideas of how things should proceed. He came up with very tasteful but practical suggestions.
He impressed us with his overall knowledge of what was involved in timing of trades and co-ordination of them to get things rolling along without a lot of gaps that would slow down the process (downtime costs money as we all know).
A projected timeline of six weeks was set. During those weeks, minor revisions were required. Dan was very happy to comply to our revision requests and made things happen. Overall, the job came in within a week of the anticipated completion date which I found very acceptable due to said revisions.
After completion, any discrepancies were readily dealt with during our ‘downtime’. Never did I get the impression that there was any evasion, he was very responsive to inquires that we had. Invoicing was split up to reflect progress of work.
Over my 40 years of practice I have had one re-location and three renovations. Evelyn Endeavours has been the easiest of them. I would like to express my appreciation for a job well done and give my highest recommendation.
